Love Your Customer

This is (or should be?) fairly obvious for entrepenurial businesses.

But is it obvious to an executive?
Is it obvious to a mid-level manager?
Is it obvious to a performer?
I’m not sure it even applies to the bureaucrat…

“Who are my customers?” might be the best and first question to ask.

Just stopping to ask questions at all might be the most important thing to do.
